The patient presents with a second class malocclusion both molar and canine, deep bite. He also presented a Bolton discrepancy on 12 and 22. Agenesis of 35 with presence of the deciduus in infrabony inclusion.
A case with superior distalization and full-time use of class 2 elastics is planned. The final result shows a beautiful first class molar and canine with an ideal bite opening.
Perfect distribution of spaces for 12 and 22 to be able to receive minimally invasive aesthetic reconstructions.
Furthermore, a perfect space was prepared for the implant site in the 35 area. Treatment time: 16 months.
